for my a.p. photography concentration, i decided to focus on taking portraits of strong women in my life. i wanted to portray women in a variety of ways, showcasing their academic, athletic, and personal skills. i photographed women of all ages in their particular field or comfort zone. this project was incredibly rewarding because it brought together my community and made these women feel strong and empowered when being photographed.
