for my senior project in high school, i decided to create a mural in the sophomore common space inspired by the community of the school. i had always looked at the blank walls around the school and thought how amazing it would be to have students create artwork that could be displayed to create a more inviting space. our school had just created a new brand identity with colors, typefaces, and taglines which i incorporated into the design. i created the design digitally, traced it on the wall, and had my friends and family come help me paint it. i loved working on this mural because it gave me the ability to leave a legacy on a school that meant so much to me.
